The Other Side of Greater - Day Five
Day 5: The Other Side of Greater
Scripture: Deuteronomy 6:23 (NIV) - “But he brought us out from there to bring us in and give us the land he promised on oath to our ancestors.”
Devotional:
You didn’t go through all of that just to stay in the middle. The wilderness wasn’t your final destination. The Red Sea wasn’t the end of the story. God didn’t bring you out just for you to exist in survival mode—He brought you out to bring you in to the promise.
For too long, we’ve accepted partial deliverance, living with a “just enough” mindset. But the same God who parted the sea and provided manna didn’t do all of that just to leave His people wandering. There was a land waiting for them, a place of abundance, a place of greater.
Now is the time to stop doubting and step fully into what God has for you. The other side of greater isn’t just about leaving Egypt—it’s about possessing the promise. Walk boldly. You didn’t come this far to settle. There is greater ahead of you, and it’s time to take hold of it.
Declaration:
I am stepping into my greater. What God has promised me is mine, and I will not settle for anything less.
Prayer:
Lord, I thank You for bringing me through every Red Sea, every wilderness, every battle. I refuse to live in fear of what’s next—I declare that I am stepping into my greater. Help me to walk boldly, to trust Your promises, and to fully embrace the life You have prepared for me. Amen.
Thought Questions:
- Have you been living as though deliverance was the goal, or are you prepared to step into the promise?
- What mindsets do you need to let go of to fully embrace the greater that God has for you?
- How will you walk differently now that you know you were brought out to be brought in?
